Anticimex Singapore continues to grow

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Pest Off Pte Ltd, Lumiair Pte Ltd and Ascendia Pte Ltd. This is effective from 1st December 2022.
Anticimex has several large institutional shareholders, one being Singapore's own GIC. GIC is the Government of Singapore's Investment Corporation, its mission is to invest for all Singaporeans and to achieve good long term returns whilst growing the countries Sovereign Wealth.
This new acquisition is addition to the number of total 17 companies that Anticimex Singapore had acquired. Anticimex has over 85 years of reliable, safe and professional service, operating in 20 countries. This merger will strengthen our position as the leading Pest Control company and will improve the existing high-quality level of service.
